It combines a Participatory Guarantee System (PGS) — a farmer-led, community-verified alternative to third-party certification — with community seed banks, batch procurement, a 30% agroecological premium, and a public heritage foods store with QR traceability.

Field agents register farmers with GPS location, demographics and signed consent — every record has a human-readable KOL-F code.

Plant & Audit
Plantings are logged per season. PGS auditors run a multi-step agroecological inspection that produces a farmer score.

Bank & Procure
Harvest moves through community seed banks. Verified batches are procured at the market baseline plus a 30% premium for qualifying farmers.

Trace & Sell
Each batch gets a QR code. Consumers scan to meet the farmer, verify the variety and support indigenous seed conservation.
